Loyalty Program Update
We are excited to announce our new loyalty rewards program, launching January 1st, 2024. The new program seamlessly integrates with our payment system and allows you to earn rewards on every purchase with us. You’ll be able to continue earning points with check-ins when you visit us until the end of the year. After January 1st, any remaining points in your account will be transferred to the new program.
Why are we switching to a new program?
We’ve always enjoyed finding ways to reward our beloved regulars, and we found that in the check-in program for years. We’re now excited to share this new program which integrates completely with our payment system, so regulars earn points on every purchase made instead of basic daily check-ins.
How long do I have to use my points?
You can continue to redeem points like normal until December 24th, after which the system will be deactivated. We’ll use the down-time to transfer your points, as tech support confirms it will take a bit of time for the full account migration to complete.
What happens to my unused points after January 1st, 2024?
Unused points will be transferred over to your new loyalty account. Previously-earned and new points can then be redeemed to get discounts on your bill, much like you can now. Continue to earn points for purchases on your new loyalty account, and thank you for continuing to support local small business.
We’ll retain a snapshot of your pre-2024 account points before the transfer occurs - just in case. We love contingency plans.
How will my existing account be linked to the new program?
Great question! Accounts will be matched based on phone number. If you use a credit card already tied to that phone number, your account will be matched at your first transaction in 2024. If the card is not linked or you’re paying cash, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number to find your account. Points will be added for every purchase with us.
